3. Scope of Our Production Services
We supply high resolution corporate promotional films, commercial ads, music video scripting, location planning, and post editing. All specific deliverables, fees, licensing terms, and schedules must be formally executed via written production contracts prior to filming.
4. Booking Confirmations, Fees, & Payment Policies
Any production slot reservation requires an initial non-refundable processing booking fee of at least 30%, which is credited toward your overall project total. All taxes, municipal entertainment duties, local location permits, and related expenses are detailed explicitly before final checkout. Payments must be initiated via bank transfer, NEFT, RTGS, or recognized corporate channels within Maharashtra state boundaries.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Release
All scripts, storyboard assets, staging structures, and raw film clips created by Lumina Stream are preserved as our creative intellectual property. The client obtains a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial distribution license once all outstanding project payments are cleared.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under local legislation, Lumina Stream Media Private Limited and its management do not assume liability for any indirect, consequential, or operational delays caused by force majeure events, municipal weather updates, or equipment setbacks.
7. Governing Legislation & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from our digital services or operations must be submitted in the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
